Orders placed on our website are processed by a bookseller — you'll receive the same personalized, informed attention here that we are proud to provide in our stores. We don't have a fulfillment center, we don't use an algorithm to help you decide what book to order, and we're always available to answer your questions and listen to your comments.
If the book you are looking for isn't in stock, we'll order it for you right away, just as we do in the store, and you can either have it shipped or pick it up at your local BookHampton.
If you have a question, or if you haven't found what you're looking for here on the website, please call one of our stores to speak to a bookseller. Our staff enjoys the challenge of identifying and locating those elusive titles — and we'll help you find just about any book!

• Orders placed on our website are always secure (in fact, we don't have access to your credit card information!).
• You can change your account information at any time by logging in to "My Account" on the top right of this page.
• Every order is reviewed by us before it's finalized, and before your payment is processed. We'll contact you if we have any questions, and we'll keep in touch with you along the way.
• We recommend UPS Ground shipping for most orders, especially those being shipped to the Mid-Atlantic states, because many orders will arrive the day after they've shipped.
• If you're planning to pick your order up at one of our three stores, please let us know which one by adding a comment as you check out.
